Here you will find the resident owners have created an informal, nurturing environment

individual needs with an emphasis on offering a well-balanced dietary program, exercise,
relaxation, stress-reducing activities and surroundings.

Your Spa stay includes three delicious, well-balanced meals prepared daily by our own
chef, one-half hour of massage per night’s stay, inclusion in all fitness classes, and unlimited
use of our beautiful facilities. These include our indoor heated 25 ft. x 60 ft. springwater
pool, Olympic-sized outdoor pool, tennis courts, jacuzzi, sauna, exercise and weight
training equipment rooms.

Imagine your day beginning with yoga followed by a refreshing walk through the scenic
countryside. Then choose between aerobics, aqua-conditioning, body sculpting and more
or simply kick back in a lounge chair and do nothing at all. For the fitness enthusiast, our
professional staff offers NIA, Pilates, Fit Ball, Yoga, Tai Chi, Aqua Tai Chi, and hiking programs
three times a week. Your day can wind down with either Yoga/Meditation or
Tai Chi/ Qigong, followed by a relaxed dinner-by-candlelight and evening entertainment.

To complete your professional spa experience, take advantage of our comprehensive spa
treatments including massages, facials, wraps, energywork, reflexology and more.
The Spa at Grand Lake is easily accessible from the tri-state area and we offer complimentary
pick-up and drop-off at the Hartford train and bus station (with a two-night minimum
stay), or from Bradley International Airport (with a four-night minimum stay). You will
also be pleased to know that our price packages are the same for weekdays or weekends -
whichever suits your personal schedule.
