From New York City
Located 2 1/2 hours from New York. Take 95 North to route 91 North (New Haven). ( Alternate route: Hutchinson River Pkwy to Merritt Pkwy which becomes the Wilbur Cross Pkwy and merges into 91 in East Meriden).
Go North on route 91 towards Hartford, to exit 25. Cross Putnam
Bridge; follow signs for Route 2 East towards Norwich. Continue on
Route 2 East, approximately 7 or 8 miles, to Exit 13. Turn left onto
Route 66 East. Travel 5 miles to traffic light, (Hebron). Make right turn
onto Route 85. Travel 1 1/2 miles to Route 207, turn left 2 1/2 miles to
The Spa entrance on right.

From New Jersey
Garden State Parkway to Tappan Zee Bridge. Cross bridge to Cross
Westchester Expressway (Route 287); - proceed to 95 North. Follow
directions as from New York City.

From Boston
Mass Pike to exit 9, Route 84 to Exit 55 (Exit on left side) to Route 2
East towards Norwich. Continue on Route 2 East, approximately 7 or 8 miles, to Exit 13. Turn left onto Route 66 East. Travel 5 miles to traffic light. (Hebron). Make right turn onto Route 85. Travel 1 1/2 miles to Route 207, turn left 2 1/2 miles to The Spa entrance on right.

From Providence
Route 6 to I-395 South to Exit 82 West to Route 2 (towards Hartford)
to Exit 18 (Route 16). Make right turn on Route 16 and continue to
Route 207. Make left turn on Route 207. Entrance to The Spa on left
(approx. 2 miles).
